Order Method
Before ordering
We use a shopping cart system. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If you place order on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, you will receive the confirmation email
on the next business day. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation mail,
please contact us by email, fax or telephone.
Please be advised that the products we handle may be handmade and the shape and/or color may differ
slightly from item to item. We try our best to show the actual image but depending on your monitor
the actual color may vary slightly. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
Payment Method
- When you decide to purchase a product, press the Buy Now
button in the "Product handled" page. If you are on an individual product explanation page,
press the In Cart button.
- When the "What's in My Cart?" page appears, enter the desired quantity of the product into
the Qty. field, then confirm that the model number, product name and
the total price are correct.
- To see an explanation of the product you are currently viewing while shopping,
click the photo or or Product Name link. To return to the "Shopping Cart" page,
press the Back button on your browser.
- To change the quantity, reenter the number in the Qty. field and then press
the Update button.
- To delete a product in the shopping cart, click the Remove
box and press Update.
- To continue shopping, press Continue shopping.
- To finish shopping, press Checkout.
- The "Delivery Information" page appears.
For new customers
- To register, press the Continue button.
- The "My Account Information" page appears. Enter the necessary items and press
the Create button.
- A message appears that says "Your account was created." Press
Continue.
For returning customers
- Enter your email address and password to log in.
- The Delivery Information page appears. Confirm the Delivery address and
select the shipping method you want to use, then press the Continue
button.
- The Order Confirmation page appears. Confirm the contents of your purchase and the delivery and
billing addresse, then click Confirm Order.
- The Payment Details page appears. You can use this page to pay from your PayPal account or using
a credit card. To use your PayPal account, fill in your PayPal login information and then press
the Continue button. If you don't have a PayPal account
or would prefer to use a credit card, click the Click Here
button to the right of the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" line.
- If you want to use PayPal, on the Confirm Your Payment page, confirm your payment and shipping
information and then press the Pay button. If you want
to use a credit card, fill in the credit card information and press the
Continue button at the bottom of the page.
- Your order is completed.
Shipping method and cost
You can choose from several shipping methods, including International Parcel Air,
International Parcel SAL, International Parcel Surface or
International Express Mail Service (EMS). In many cases, EMS is both the most
economical and quickest delivery method.
The shipping rates are
weight-based. Shipping costs for your orders depend on the method and option
you choose. You can check the shipping fee by putting your item into the shipping
cart.

Payment method
You can pay by PayPal or credit card.
After completing the ordering procedure, proceed to the payment section.
Gift wrapping
We can perform gift wrapping free of charge. To request gift wrapping, please include your request in the Comment for the order field.
